At ROEN Handmade, every bracelet and necklace is carefully handcrafted with attention, care, and detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if something is not quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
  • Returned in its original packaging, if possible

Because our pieces are handmade, we carefully inspect all returned items before approving a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or broken after delivery
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

Handmade Jewelry Notice

Please understand that each ROEN Handmade piece is handmade, which means slight variations in color, bead placement, size, or design may occur. These small differences are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Photos may be required for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ROEN Handmade is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on item availability. Because our jewelry is handmade, the exact same item may not always be available.
